Application Process and Review

The loan application process helps our loan officers understand your mission and programs, credit needs, and overall financial situation. This information helps us provide the best financial advice and craft the right loan for your nonprofit.
The best way to get started is with a phone conversation or meeting with a lending team member. Please contact us to discuss your need and the application process.
When you apply for a Minnesota Nonprofits Assistance Fund® loan, you will be asked to submit the following information:
- Loan application
- Loan Application - Word
- Loan Application - PDF
- Financial statements (balance sheet and income statement) for current and last 2 fiscal years.
- Operating budget for the current fiscal year
- Current members of the Board of Directors
- Cash flow projections for the next 12 months is required for working capital and bridge loan requests

Once you submit a complete application, the review process generally takes two to four weeks. If the application is approved, additional documentation will be required.
